Shipping Information

Courier Service

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries across South Africa.

We offer standard shipping at R70. Please note that shipping rates may be adjusted from time to time in line with increases from our courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can follow your parcel’s journey directly through The Courier Guy’s online tracking system.

If you need to change your delivery address or make special arrangements, please contact The Courier Guy directly using the details provided in your shipping email.

Note: Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours will automatically be cancelled and the stock will be made available for sale again.

Delivery Lead Times

  • Gauteng: 1–2 business days

  • Main centres: 2–3 business days

  • Regional/outlying areas: Up to 5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Courier Terms

  • Please notify us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframes so we can follow up with the courier.

  • Eve’s Drops cannot be held responsible for courier delays due to operational or logistical issues beyond our control.

  • Any address changes made after dispatch must be arranged directly with The Courier Guy.

Returns & Exchanges

At Eve’s Drops, we take pride in offering sustainable, high-quality products that support mothers throughout their journey.

We comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

Cooling-Off Period (Section 16):

Customers purchasing goods online have the right to cancel a transaction within five (5) business days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original, resalable condition.

Hygiene & Safety Exclusions:

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of breastfeeding and postpartum products, certain items may not be returned once opened or used, except where the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described, as permitted under the CPA.

Defective or Unsafe Products:

If a product is defective, unsafe, or fails to meet the standards contemplated in the CPA, the customer retains all rights to repair, replacement, or refund, subject to inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item was damaged in transit or an error occurred with your order, notify us within 1 business day of delivery so we can assist promptly.

General Returns

  • Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Return shipping for non-defective items will be at the customer’s cost via our preferred courier.

  • A 10% admin fee may apply to cover transaction costs for cancellations or non-defective returns.

  • After 5 business days of delivery, we assume you are satisfied with your purchase and can no longer issue replacements or refunds.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
